No. You bill where you bill today — your payer's portal. Cadence keeps the fields you need to re-key right in front of you, then tracks every claim's state so you always know what's out and what's come back. It's the tracking layer, not a clearinghouse.
Do I have to replace my EMR or scheduling system?
No. Cadence handles the billing side of visits. Keep whatever you use for clinical records and scheduling.
Is Cadence only for Ohio agencies?

How is my agency's data protected?
